Join MIC in re-framing self-care as a traditional practice of collective strength.

Explore the connection between well-being and cultural values, gain practical cultural tools to reduce stress plus prevent burnout, and affirm that self-care is not selfish but a continuation of ancestral resilience.

The Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) is a 6-week program, occurring every Thursday beginning July 16th through August 20th.
