Micronesian Islander Community, in collaboration with Marion County Health & Human Services, is proud to present an immunization workshop for infants and children up to the age of 18.

This FREE workshop will cover:
✓ Why vaccines are important
✓ Which vaccines your child needs based on their age
✓ What “School Exclusion Day” means for your child
✓ Where to go to get vaccinated

We can also help you schedule your child’s vaccine appointment!

The survey should only take about 20 minutes to complete. The information gathered will serve to improve programs we offer and strengthen support for the Micronesian community in Oregon overall.
